Seoul_Hanwha Life Bulgwang-dong Office Building (2021)

Since the construction boom in the 70s and 80s, safety measures for old elevators have become increasingly important as elevators over 15 years old account for nearly one-third of all elevators in Korea. Moreover, according to the revised Elevator Safety Management Act, elevators that have been in operation for 15 years must undergo a detailed safety inspection every three years. As a result, the remodeling scene has also become lively. The Hanwha Life Office Building in Bulgwang-dong is an office building that was completed in September 1996, and we replaced three 105-meter/minute models that run from the 4th basement floor to the 12th floor. The elevator at this site has a simple ceiling design, stainless steel vibration material, and a mix of mirror materials to create a clean and fresh feel with a sense of openness.
