If you drive over Gwangan Bridge from Haeundae-gu, Busan, there are four buildings that catch your eye to the southwest. The first is a 69-story skyscraper facing Yongho Bay in Nam-gu, Busan. With a height that overwhelms its surroundings, the gate-like upper floors that open to the sky and the undulating wave design are symmetrical with the high-rise apartments in Haeundae Marine City. Establishing itself as a new landmark in Busan, W was awarded the overall grand prize at the Hankyung Residential Culture Awards in the first half of 2018. The elevators at this site were installed in two colors: silver and bronze. The silver type features a unique lighting design that extends from the ceiling to the central wall, while the bronze type creates a luxurious atmosphere through the harmonious combination of wooden walls and circular indirect lighting that creates a subtle atmosphere.
