Lamian Gangdong Palace is a small to medium-sized luxury residential complex with a large community size of 2,800㎡. It consists of three apartment buildings, one office building, and a sales facility with a fitness center, sauna, golf driving range, guesthouse, and kids' cafe. The elevator at this site was customized for residential and office use, and a destination reservation system was applied to increase passenger convenience.
