Completed in May 2017, Jamsil Tower 730 stands out for its simple yet sophisticated architectural form and functionality. The interior of the building is optimized for leasing offices by maximizing space utilization, and the lobby on the first floor is used as a commemorative art museum, giving it a public character as a building where you can see artworks in everyday life. In particular, Coupang, the No. 1 open market brand in Korea, moved its headquarters here in the same year, creating a buzz. We maintain Tower 730 with a total of 18 elevators, including 12 180m and 2 150m elevators, and one escalator that runs from the 4th basement to the 47th floor.
