Hillstate Ijin Bay City is another landmark in Busan after Centum City, Marine City, and Metro City. The project involves the construction of three residential buildings and one sales and accommodation building with six floors underground and up to 69 floors above ground on the Songdo Landfill (123-15 Amnam-dong, Seo-gu, Busan), the last of Busan's four landfills to be developed. Hyundai E&C broke ground in December 2017 and completed the project on May 24, 54 months later. The skyscraper, which stands out from the rest of the buildings, looks spectacular against the blue sea. The Hillstate Ijin Bay City site has one 69-story building and two 59-story buildings, reaching a maximum height of 256 meters, and is different from other apartment sites due to its proximity to the sea, and is characterized by the introduction and application of the 'Outrigger Beltwall System' for structurally safe high-rise construction. The elevator design is a modern and luxurious titanium black hairline material that matches this high-tech construction method, and a black mirror, LED indirect lighting, and logo lighting are applied to the rear center wall to enhance the architectural value.
