Gwangmyeong's landmark U-Planet is a cultural complex that encompasses 72,000㎡ of housing, commercial, and business facilities near KTX Gwangmyeong Station. It consists of 1,500 residential facilities 'Gwangmyeong Station Yu Planet Desian' and 'Media & Art Valley Yu Planet' in non-residential areas. There are commercial facilities (Urban Bricks) consisting of AK Plaza (Gwangmyeong store), multiplex, and street shopping centers (330 rooms), and a premium office building (U Tower) on the 22nd floor, a section office (T Tower) on the 26th floor, a media facility that can produce broadcasting and entertainment contents, and Take Hotel that can be used as a media production stage.
