Product Introduction

The voice call serves as an interactive floor registration system. It asks, "Which floor are you going?" upon detecting a passenger via radar. Upon receiving the passenger's response, it automatically registers the destination floor. If no passenger is detected by the radar while waiting, the doors are quickly closed to increase operational efficiency. (Decreasing door closure time by 2.5 seconds)

  • STEP 1 : Passenger approach radar recognition

           - High-performance radar sensor can detect passengers up to 3m away

  • STEP 2 : Interactive AI Voice Call ON

          - Register the destination floor by voice without pressing up/down call buttons or floor buttons.

          - How to cancel the destination floor registration

             : After registering the destination floor through voice recognition, canceling via voice recognition is

               not possible. Cancelling the floor registration can be done through the car's OPB.

* The voice call automatically runs after radar sensing, eliminating the need for a separate Wake Up Call. If the voice recognition device is needed via Wake Up Call, it can be activated by saying “Hi Hyundai.


  • STEP 3 : Quick door closure after passenger boarding

          - Doors automatically close after passenger boarding, without needing to press the door close button
