  • The finger is sequentially detected as it passes through the long-range sensor (25mm distance from the button surface) and then the short-range sensor (5mm distance from the button surface)

  • The following scenarios result in button-touching recognition, leading to floor registration through button pressing rather than sensor detection

          - When the passenger's finger is rapidly detected by both sensors

(within 55ms of long-range sensor detection followed by short-range sensor detection)

          - When detected simultaneously by other floor sensors in the vicinity
